Founded in 1997, Nymwegen has been managing objects for owner community associations and for apartment buildings in Berlin. Currently, we have 650 units in our portfolio of managed property.

We are a competent and dedicated team and we enjoy our work.
Direct contact to the owners and the tenants is important for us -
friendly and obligingly.

All members of our staff, including the managing director, live in Berlin. We know the subtleties of the German (tenancy) laws and the particularities of Berlin. We also know German bureaucracy back to front.

With us, there are no limited office hours.
On weekdays, from Monday through Friday, we are available for the owners and tenants from 9 to 17 (Monday til Thursday) and 9 to 15 (Friday). And we have established a 24 hour emergency hotline for really urgent problems. The handicraft businesses who work for us also provide 24 hour emergency services.
